SEN Teaching Assistant

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Full time

Salary: £70 - £95

Hours: 32.5 per week (Monday to Friday)

 

We are currently seeking a skilled, experienced SEN Teaching Assistant with prior experience for a Special School, located in West London.

The role:

  • To work alongside the class teacher and work 1:1 with a child with Autism.
  • Will be starting as soon as possible and located in Hammersmith.

The ideal candidate

  • Have experience working with Special Education Needs. Ideally experience working with children with autism.
  • Enjoy challenging themselves in a motivating environment.
  • A sincere passion for working with and supporting children with SEN.
  • Have positive behaviour management skills. • Be willing to commit to a 5-day-a-week role.
  • Be passionate about and have an interest in children’s learning.
  • Work as part of the school team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
