SEN Teaching Assistants Required
Location: BN21 - Eastborune
Start Date: Immediate / Ongoing opportunities
Contract Type: Full-time & Part-time roles available
Teaching Personnel are currently working on behalf of a Ofsted-rated "Good" Primary School, and we are currently seeking enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to join their supportive and welcoming team.

The Role
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils with SEN to access learning and the wider curriculum
- Help with emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
- Promote independence, confidence, and self-esteem
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver support plans
- Provide consistent support throughout the day, including breaks and enrichment activities
What We’re Looking For

Experience working with children with additional needs, or a relevant qualification (desirable)

A calm, patient, and encouraging approach

A genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting emotional wellbeing

Strong teamwork and communication skills

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
