We are recruiting a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a specialist secondary SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school in Aldershot.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people who benefit from a more personalised and structured approach to education. Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff, you will help students build confidence, develop emotional regulation, engage with learning, and achieve positive outcomes.

The school offers small class sizes, enhanced staffing support, and a nurturing environment, allowing staff to build meaningful relationships and make a genuine impact.

The Role

You will:

  • Support students in lessons and throughout the school day

  • Encourage engagement, confidence, and independence

  • Help students manage emotions and develop positive routines

  • Build strong, consistent relationships with young people

  • Work collaboratively with teaching and pastoral teams

Who Should Apply?

  • SEND or SEMH settings
