Teaching Assistant Level 4

Teaching personnel are working with a school in central Manchester a recruit an outstanding teaching assistant for the nursery, working closely with the key stage manager.

This a great opportunity for individuals with an education-related degree and/or teaching assistant experience.

Key responsibilities:

-          Leading the EYFS, planning lessons, carrying out assessments and report writing

-          Supporting the key stage manager

-          Helping manage challenging behaviour in the classroom

-          Ensuring the pupils needs are met

About you

-          Patient, empathetic and a passion for working with children with a variety of needs

-          Ability to provide tailored support

-          Ability to foster positive relationships with pupils

-          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-          Experience working with children

-          Relevant education-related degree

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
