Primary Teaching Assistant- ADHD/Behaviour Support- Liverpool

Teaching personnel are currently looking for a patient and caring teaching assistant, that has relevant experience working with ADHD, SEND or challenging behaviour pupils. If you have a genuine passion for education and helping pupils achieve targets and progress, this could be the ideal role for you. The right teaching assistant will present the ability to work under pressure and assist the class teacher where necessary. This role will be on a full-time fixed term basis, commencing after the easter holidays (19TH of April) and will run until the end of the Summer Term.

As a Teaching Assistant You will:

  • Be hard working, dedicated and committed to the role in hand.
  • Build a strong rapport and empathise with the pupils.
  • Experience in a role supporting individuals with similar needs is a must
  • Keep a professional relationship with the pupils.
  • Provide a high standard of behavioural expectations and academic progress for the young people.
  • Have excellent knowledge of supporting individuals with ADHD
  • Committed to providing the very best support to the pupils in your care
  • Be confident to work with pupils in small groups and on a one to one basis.

The school has on-site parking and is easily accessible to those using public transport.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
