We are in search of an experienced teaching assistant who will play a pivotal role in supporting teachers and students in their educational journey. This role provides a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of students and help create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.

Location: NG10, Long Eaton

Salary: £90 Per Day

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with classroom teachers to plan and deliver effective support to students, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
• Provide individual or small-group assistance to students, addressing their specific learning needs.
• Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
• Support classroom management and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and report on student progress to teachers and parents/guardians.
• Collaborate with educational staff and SEN specialists to develop and implement tailored strategies for students with additional needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a teaching assistant in an educational setting.
• A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent).
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a passion for helping students succeed.
• Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and communication styles.
• Commitment to continued professional development and a strong work ethic.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
