SEN Teaching Assistants – Full & Part-Time – Flexible Hours
Teaching Personnel is seeking passionate SEN Teaching Assistants to support multiple schools across Cambridge. We offer both full-time and part-time roles with flexible hours to fit your schedule, providing a fantastic opportunity for those looking to make a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs.
You will be joining dedicated teams in schools that provide a nurturing and inclusive environment for students, helping them achieve their full potential. Whether you are experienced or new to SEN support, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs (SEN).
- Assist classroom teachers with lesson delivery and support student engagement.
- Help create a safe and positive learning environment for all students.
- Support the development of individual learning plans and goals.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people, ideally within an SEN environment.
- A positive, patient, and adaptable approach to working with students.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of SEN students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
