Are you an experienced Maths Teacher looking for a new challenge? Are you seeking a supportive and dynamic environment where you can inspire and educate students to reach their full potential? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for a Maths Teacher to join one of our Ofsted 'Good' rated client secondary schools in Stockport.

This will be a full-time position, the start date for this role will be the 8th of September.

As a Maths Teacher at our school, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons to students of all abilities, from Year 7 to Year 11. You will be expected to mark work thoroughly, provide constructive feedback, and track student progress to ensure they meet their academic goals. Additionally, you may be required to contribute to the development of the Maths department's curriculum and assessment strategies.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

* A degree in Mathematics or a related field

* A PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification

* Experience teaching Maths at secondary level

* Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the latest curriculum developments

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* The ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their best

Throughout this role, you will be paid in line with your Teacher Pay Scale Point, between £30,000 and £46,525 per annum.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
