Are you an enthusiastic individual with a knack for demystifying the world of computer science? Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation of tech wizards? Look no further! We're on the hunt for a dynamic Computer Science Teacher to join our innovative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging computer science curriculum tailored to diverse student needs and learning styles.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to explore, experiment, and innovate.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them master fundamental programming concepts, algorithms, and problem-solving skills.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in computer science and integrate relevant technologies and tools into the curriculum.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching methods and enhance the overall learning experience.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Proven experience in teaching computer science concepts at the secondary or post-secondary level.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for inspiring and mentoring students in their journey to becoming proficient computer scientists.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
