Part-Time Teaching Assistant – SEN School (Yeovil)

We are recruiting Part-Time Teaching Assistants to support a SEN school in Yeovil, working with pupils aged 4–16 with Autism and MLD.

This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible working hours while making a positive impact in education.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting pupils with learning and daily routines

• Working alongside teaching staff to deliver tailored support

• Encouraging independence and positive behaviour

• Assisting with personal and social development

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are reliable, enthusiastic and compassionate

• Have experience with children or SEN (preferred but not essential)

• Are available for part-time or reduced hours during the school week

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
