Teaching Personnel is recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in primary and secondary schools across the Wimborne area. We have both day-to-day supply and long-term roles available, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

Your role will include:

• Supporting pupils in class, in small groups, or on a 1:1 basis
• Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
• Helping pupils to overcome barriers to learning
• Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting children with special educational needs where required

We’re looking for candidates who:

• Have experience working with children (in schools, nurseries, or other settings)
• Are patient, adaptable, and confident working with young people
• Can build strong, supportive relationships with pupils and staff
• Are committed to helping every child achieve their potential
