Teaching Personnel is recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in primary and secondary schools across the Wimborne area. We have both day-to-day supply and long-term roles available, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
Your role will include:
- Supporting pupils in class, in small groups, or on a 1:1 basis
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
- Helping pupils to overcome barriers to learning
- Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting children with special educational needs where required
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Have experience working with children (in schools, nurseries, or other settings)
- Are patient, adaptable, and confident working with young people
- Can build strong, supportive relationships with pupils and staff
- Are committed to helping every child achieve their potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
