Teaching Assistant | Weymouth | Immediate Start | Full-Time
Teaching Personnel are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school in Weymouth, with an immediate start available.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and wants to make a genuine difference in the classroom. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support pupils with their learning, engagement and wider development.
The Role:

Supporting students across the classroom and during lessons
-
Working with individuals and small groups to provide additional learning support
-
Helping pupils stay engaged, focused and motivated
-
Supporting students with their academic, social and emotional development
-
Working alongside teaching staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
-
Providing general classroom and learning support where required
The Ideal Candidate:
-
Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
-
A positive, patient and approachable personality
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Able to build positive relationships with students
-
Reliable, adaptable and confident working as part of a team

A genuine passion for education and supporting young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
