Teaching Personnel are working with a number of primary schools across the Vale of Glamorgan that are looking to recruit Teaching Assistants for both day-to-day supply and long-term positions.
Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant or looking to take your first step into education, we have opportunities available across Foundation Phase, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
Your Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils throughout the school day
- Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging learning activities
- Providing one-to-one and small group intervention support
- Encouraging positive behaviour and classroom engagement
- Supporting children with a range of learning abilities and needs
- Helping create a safe, inclusive learning environment
Ideal Candidates Will Have
- Experience working with children or young people
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, patient and proactive attitude
- An interest in education and child development
- ALN experience is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
