About the Role
You will be working within supportive and inclusive school settings that value nurturing relationships and personalised learning. These schools support pupils with a range of needs, helping them develop both academically and emotionally. You’ll join a collaborative staff team committed to creating meaningful learning experiences for every child.
Key Details
- Start Date: ASAP (flexible start dates available)
- Contract: Flexible hours
- Pay: £90–£105 per day (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities
- Provide tailored one-to-one and small-group support
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
- Create a calm, safe, and supportive classroom environment
- Support pupils’ academic progress and emotional wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
The Ideal Candidate
- Passionate about supporting children and young people
- Experience in education, childcare, or care work (desirable, not essential)
- Patient, positive, and confident communicator
- Committed to safeguarding and pupil welfare
- Willing to undertake training and professional development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
