Salary: £90-110 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in the S10 area. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students’ learning, helping teachers deliver engaging lessons, and creating a positive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide classroom support to teachers and pupils
✅ Work with small groups or individual students, including those with SEND
✅ Assist with lesson preparation and classroom management
✅ Encourage pupil engagement and participation
✅ Support the development of pupils’ social and emotional skills

We’re Looking For:
✔ Previous experience working with children or young people (in schools, nurseries, or youth settings)
✔ A patient, caring, and enthusiastic attitude
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔ A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
✔ Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) — desirable but not essential
