We are looking for a caring, resilient, and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated school in Salisbury, a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) setting committed to transforming the lives of young people with complex needs.
About the Role
As an LSA, you will:

Support students aged 4-16 with social, emotional, and mental health needs in the classroom and around the school

Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored learning and emotional support

Build positive, trusting relationships with students, promoting self-esteem and engagement
-
Help create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment

Experience working with children or young people with SEMH or additional needs

Empathy, patience, and a calm, consistent approach to behaviour and emotional support

A flexible team player, willing to learn and grow within a specialist environment

A genuine passion for supporting the wellbeing and development of vulnerable learners

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
