We're Recruiting! Full-Time 1:1 Teaching Assistant – September Start

Teaching Personnel is delighted to be working with one of our wonderful infant schools in Ringwood, who are looking for a caring and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis from September.

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you'll provide tailored support to a pupil, helping them to achieve their full potential both academically and emotionally within a welcoming and inclusive school environment.

We're looking for someone who:
• Has experience working with children in an educational setting (desirable)
• Is patient, compassionate and enthusiastic
• Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
• Is committed to supporting a child's individual learning journey
• Holds a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or has suitable experience (preferred)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
