Teaching Personnel is working with a lovely mainstream primary school in Poole that is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team this September.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a welcoming school where you'll support children in the classroom, help build their confidence, and play an important role in their learning every day.
The Role
You'll be working alongside the class teacher to support pupils throughout the school day. Whether you're helping with lessons, working with small groups, or providing one-to-one support, no two days will be the same.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with children.
- Is kind, patient and enjoys helping others.
- Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Is reliable, enthusiastic and keen to make a difference.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
