Teaching Assistant

We're looking for enthusiastic, confident, and proactive individuals to join our team as Teaching Personnel, supporting pupils in schools and helping them reach their full potential.
What We're Looking For
- A university graduate with a positive and caring attitude.
- Genuine interest in supporting children's learning and development.
- Experience working with children or young people (this doesn't have to be in a school).
- Confidence to use your own initiative and adapt to different situations.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- A reliable, professional, and enthusiastic approach.
You Don't Need
- A teaching qualification.
- Previous classroom experience (although it's a bonus!).
What matters most is that you're confident, capable, and have proven experience working with children.
The Role
As a Teaching Personnel member, you'll:
- Support pupils in the classroom and during activities.
- Encourage engagement, confidence, and positive behaviour.
- Work alongside teachers to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support where needed.
- Be a positive role model and make a real difference to children's education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
