We are seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant for a Year 3 class!
- New Malden
- Full Time Long Term Role - Year 3
- September - December 2026
- Hours of 08:30 - 15:30 each day
- Parking available on site or easy access via public transport
Are you considering a future in educational psychology, mental health, or teaching?
A supportive and popular primary school in New Malden is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work within their Year 3 class, providing 1-1 support where required.
This role allows you to apply psychology theory in a real classroom setting.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting a child with their emotional regulation and social support
- Working closely with pupils who need additional encouragement
- Assisting teachers with differentiated learning activities
- Supporting pupils both academically and socially
Perfect for educators who are:
- Psychology or Criminology graduates
- Experienced SEN or behaviour support staff
- Patient, reflective, and emotionally intelligent
- Looking for meaningful, hands-on experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
