Full Time
Academic Year Role (September 2026 – July 2027)
£95 – £105 per day PAYE
A friendly and inclusive primary school in the Bletchley area of Milton Keynes is seeking a dedicated Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September. This is a long-term opportunity to support pupils across KS2, helping them to access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential.
The school is part of a respected multi-academy trust, offering excellent support, shared resources, and ongoing professional development opportunities for staff.
Your Responsibilities:
• Support teaching and learning across Key Stage 2 classrooms
• Work with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning objectives
• Assist with intervention programmes in literacy and numeracy
• Encourage pupil engagement, confidence, and independence
• Help maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
• Work closely with teachers and support staff to support pupil progress
Essential Job Requirements:
• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, proactive, and adaptable approach
• Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and colleagues
• Passion for supporting children's learning and development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
