Teaching Assistants – Support Young Learners Across Lowestoft and Surrounding Areas

We're working with a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Lowestoft and the surrounding areas, seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to provide invaluable support to pupils and teaching staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in helping children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Essential Requirement: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role, as you may be required to travel to different school settings across Lowestoft and the surrounding communities.
Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Working with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning.
- Assisting children with varying educational and additional needs.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and helping to create an inclusive classroom environment.
- Providing emotional and academic support to help pupils build confidence and achieve their goals.
- Assisting with classroom preparation and resource organisation.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
