Teaching Assistants – Support Young Learners Across Lowestoft and Surrounding Areas

Essential Requirement: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role, as you may be required to travel to different school settings across Lowestoft and the surrounding communities.

Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Working with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning.
• Assisting children with varying educational and additional needs.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and helping to create an inclusive classroom environment.
• Providing emotional and academic support to help pupils build confidence and achieve their goals.
• Assisting with classroom preparation and resource organisation.
