Teaching Assistant

KS2 Teaching Assistant Required, Blackley, Manchester (M8)

A client school in the Blackley area of Manchester (M8) are working closely with Teaching Personnel to recruit a TA to join their Key Stage 2 staffing team. This role will start in September 2021 and will be on a full time basis, running until the end of the academic year.

This role will be based in the school’s vibrant Year 4 class, so prior experience of supporting learning across KS2 is essential. Knowledge of the ‘Read, Write, Inc’ scheme would also be beneficial. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver small group focus sessions and bring positive energy and new exciting ideas to the classroom. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 TA qualification and will have recent and relevant experience working with primary aged children.
