Teaching Personnel are looking for caring, professional and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Hastings and the surrounding areas. Whether you're experienced in education or have transferable experience working with children or young people, we'd love to hear from you.
A successful applicant will have:
- Experience working with children in a classroom, care, childcare or similar setting
- A strong understanding of safeguarding, with children's welfare and wellbeing always a priority
- A nurturing and professional approach, with the ability to build positive relationships and maintain appropriate boundaries
- Good behaviour management skills and the ability to remain calm, patient and resilient
- A genuine passion for supporting children and young people to succeed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
