The Role
You’ll be delivering or supervising engaging lessons while creating a positive and structured classroom environment where pupils can thrive.
Working across a variety of school settings, you’ll support learners of different ages and abilities, helping to maintain high standards of learning, behaviour, and wellbeing.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Delivering or supervising planned lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Supporting pupils’ academic achievement and personal growth
- Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting resilience
- Creating an inclusive, safe, and engaging classroom environment
- Collaborating with teaching assistants and wider school staff to support pupil progress

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking adaptable and professional individuals who are confident working across different school environments.
You may be:
- A qualified teacher with a recognised teaching qualification
- Or an experienced cover supervisor with confidence managing a classroom independently
We’re also looking for individuals who are:
- Calm, patient, and flexible in their approach
- Confident managing classroom behaviour and routines
- Strong communicators who build positive relationships easily
- Committed to supporting pupils and continuing their own professional development

Essential Requirement
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, as travel between schools may be required.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
