We are looking for a dedicated Thrive-trained Teaching Assistant to join our caring and committed team at a welcoming primary school in Gosport. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with children, supporting their emotional wellbeing and helping them thrive in a nurturing school environment.

Position: Thrive-Trained Teaching Assistant
Location: Gosport, Hampshire
Contract: Full-time- Part time options
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: Dependent on experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Thrive Approach training (essential)

• Experience supporting children with social, emotional, and mental health needs

• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach

• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families

• A genuine passion for supporting the whole child

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
