Teaching Personnel is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a specialist educational setting in Frome on a full-time basis.
This rewarding role offers the opportunity to support pupils with a range of additional learning needs while helping them develop confidence, independence and essential life skills.

Working alongside experienced teachers and support professionals, you will provide tailored assistance both inside and outside the classroom. Every day brings new opportunities to encourage progress, celebrate achievements and help learners overcome barriers to education.
- Providing one-to-one and small group support
- Assisting with personalised learning activities

- Supporting communication and social development

Experience working with SEND is beneficial but not essential for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and willingness to learn.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
