Teaching Assistants – KS1 & KS2 Vacancies
Location: Bridport
Contract: Full-time – 5 days per week
Start Date: ASAP
Teaching Personnel are excited to be working with welcoming primary schools in Bridport to recruit two full-time Teaching Assistants for immediate start.
We currently have:
- 1 x KS1 Teaching Assistant vacancy
- ✏️ 1 x KS2 Teaching Assistant vacancy
This is a fantastic opportunity to join supportive school teams and make a real difference in the classroom.
The Role
- Supporting teaching and learning within either KS1 or KS2
- Providing 1:1 and small group support
- Assisting with phonics, literacy and numeracy interventions
- Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Working closely with teachers and support staff
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with children is desirable
- Patient, proactive and enthusiastic
- Confident supporting pupils with a range of learning needs
- Happy to commute to the Bridport area
- Willing to apply for an enhanced DBS through Teaching Personnel (or hold one on the Update Service)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
