Role: Teaching Assistant
Contract: Temp to Perm, Fulltime
Daily Rate: £77 - £90
Area: Doncaster

Teaching Personnel have great opportunities for Teaching Assistant roles starting in September in Doncaster!
If you like working in lively environments and gaining a sense of pride of helping young minds, the Doncaster Primary team at Teaching Personnel are currently looking to recruit Teaching Assistants to support the great schools that we work with in the Doncaster area.
We are searching for dedicated, strong candidates who can inspire and guide students to thrive and reach their full potential.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide essential support in the classroom, responsibilities will include;
- Assisting in delivery of educational activities and lessons, working alongside full class or leading small group interventions (both in and out of the classroom).
- Providing 1:1 support to students who require additional help.
- Promoting positive behaviour management within the classroom.
- Helping to create engaging and interactive learning resources.
The ideal candidate;
- NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants (or equivalent) (non-essential).
- Other relevant training, e.g., Phonics & Maths interventions, Makaton, Team Teach (non-essential).
- Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or a related role is advantageous but not essential.
- Must be a UK resident.
- A genuine passion for working with young learners.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
