Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant – After feb half term 
‘Good’ Rated 2-Form Entry Primary School | Crawley

Are you passionate about supporting children with behavioural needs and helping them thrive in a primary school environment? A welcoming and ‘Good’ rated 2-form entry school in Crawley is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant to join their team from January.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident working with primary-aged children, particularly those with behavioural or SEN needs, and who is ready to make a real impact in the classroom.

Role Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience supporting behavioural needs and SEN in a primary school setting or with primary-aged children

  • A positive, resilient and nurturing approach

  • An Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one

  • A good understanding of safeguarding, or willingness to complete relevant training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
