Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a positive impact in their early education? We are seeking a dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our KS1 team in County Durham.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons

• Assisting with the development and progress of children’s learning and well-being

• Providing targeted support to individuals and small groups

• Helping create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications & Skills:

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

• Experience working with KS1 children preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
