Teaching Assistant – Complex Needs (Full Time) | Location: CB24 area | Start: ASAP or after half-term | Contract: Full time, Temp to Perm

We are working with a modern, purpose-built special needs school that supports children and young people aged 3–19 with a wide range of complex learning, social, emotional and behavioural needs. The school provides a nurturing environment where every pupil is supported to achieve their potential.

The school is seeking educators who can confidently support children with dysregulation, complex needs and challenging behaviours, working full-time Monday to Friday and flexibly across different classes.

The Role

• Support pupils with dysregulation, complex needs and challenging behaviours
• Work flexibly across classes and age groups depending on need
• Help maintain a safe, structured and positive learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to deliver tailored interventions

About You

• Experience supporting children with SEN and/or challenging behaviours
• Confident in personal care
• Calm, patient and resilient under pressure
• Flexible, adaptable and a strong team player

• Passionate about helping every child succeed
• Someone who can stay calm under pressure and think on their feet.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
