We are working with a modern, purpose-built special needs school that supports children and young people aged 3–19 with a wide range of complex learning, social, emotional and behavioural needs. The school provides a nurturing environment where every pupil is supported to achieve their potential.
The school is seeking educators who can confidently support children with dysregulation, complex needs and challenging behaviours, working full-time Monday to Friday and flexibly across different classes.
The Role
- Support pupils with dysregulation, complex needs and challenging behaviours
- Work flexibly across classes and age groups depending on need
- Help maintain a safe, structured and positive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to deliver tailored interventions

- Experience supporting children with SEN and/or challenging behaviours
- Confident in personal care
- Calm, patient and resilient under pressure
- Flexible, adaptable and a strong team player
- Passionate about helping every child succeed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
