Role Responsibilities:
- Provide academic support to students who may be struggling in various subjects.
- Offer pastoral support to help students navigate personal and emotional challenges.
- Assist students with SEN requirements, ensuring they receive tailored support.
- Collaborate closely with teachers and SENCO to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with students in an educational or similar setting is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and patience to effectively support students with diverse needs.
- A sincere passion for helping young individuals succeed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
