About the Role:

• Supporting students across KS3 and KS4 in mainstream secondary settings

• Working 1:1 or with small groups to support learning and engagement

• Assisting the class teacher with classroom management and lesson delivery

• Encouraging positive behaviour and student development

We Are Looking For Candidates Who:

• Have previously worked as a Teaching Assistant in a school, nursery, or other education setting

• Have experience working with children in any capacity, including:

  • Childminders

  • Sports coaches

  • Youth workers

  • Support workers

  • Other child-based roles

• Are confident, adaptable, and passionate about supporting young people

• Have strong communication and teamwork skills
