Are you someone who loves making a difference in children's lives?
At Teaching Personnel, we're looking for caring, enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our fantastic network of primary schools across Bournemouth this September. Whether you're an experienced TA or have transferable experience working with children, we'd love to hear from you.
Every school is different, but one thing they all have in common is the need for positive, reliable people who are passionate about helping children thrive. You'll play a key role in supporting learning, building children's confidence, and helping to create a classroom where every child feels encouraged to succeed.
What could your day look like?
- Supporting pupils in class, either one-to-one, in small groups or alongside the whole class.
- Encouraging children to stay engaged and enjoy their learning.
- Helping the class teacher deliver fun and interactive lessons.
- Supporting children with additional needs where required.
- Creating a positive, safe and welcoming environment for every pupil.
We're looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive impact.
- Is patient, kind and able to build strong relationships.
- Is reliable, adaptable and happy to get involved in school life.
- Has experience working with children in any capacity (school experience is beneficial but not essential).
- Is willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS if they don't already have one.
Why Teaching Personnel?
We know that finding the right school is just as important as finding the right candidate. That's why we take the time to get to know you, understand what you're looking for, and match you with schools where you'll feel supported and valued.
Whether you're looking for full-time work, flexible days around other commitments, or hoping to secure a long-term role, we'll help you find a position that's right for you.
