We are currently looking for enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to support pupils across a range of mainstream primary schools in Bournemouth. Whether you're experienced or looking to begin a career in education, we'd love to hear from you.

Your role will include:
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to help them achieve their full potential.
- Encouraging an inclusive and positive learning environment.
- Assisting the class teacher with classroom activities and behaviour management.
- Supporting children with SEND and additional learning needs.
- Recording observations and sharing pupil progress with school staff.
- Helping to maintain a safe, organised and engaging classroom.
- Promoting positive behaviour, confidence and participation throughout the school day.
Typical hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
