About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant secondary school located in Bournemouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across the school, supporting students both 1:1 and in small groups. Your role will be pivotal in helping children with their learning and managing classroom behaviour alongside the class teacher.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with their learning activities
- Assist with managing classroom behaviour
- Work 1:1 with students and in small groups
- Collaborate with the class teacher to create a conducive learning environment
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 3:15pm
This position offers the possibility of becoming a permanent member of the school staff after a successful probation period.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
