Job Title: Teaching Assistant (Secondary School)
Location: B13, Birmingham
Contract: full-time (we unfortunatley can not support with sponsorship) 
Start Date:September 2025.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a partnered secondary school based in B13, Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a TA within a UK secondary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons.

• Assisting students with their learning and development needs.

• Providing one-to-one or small group support for pupils as required.

• Helping to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.

• Supporting administrative tasks related to classroom activities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK secondary school.

• Strong understanding of secondary school curriculum and student needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a school team.

• DBS clearance (or willingness to undergo).

• Commitment to supporting students’ academic and personal development.
