Pay: £83 - £95 per day (based off experience)

Teaching Personnel are working with a small friendly school in Farnborough. The school are currently looking for 3x Teaching Assistant to work across KS1 and KS2 in the new academic year. The school work hard to create and promote the fundamental values as well as mutual respect and tolerance of those with different faiths and beliefs and are hoping to gain experienced LSA's who will hold the same values.

The Role:

• Supporting the class teacher or the HLTA covering the class teacher, implemented structured learning.
• Promoting positive pupil behaviour and conduct.
• Help create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents to ensure the development of each child.
• Provide encouragement and support during core and foundation subjects.

• School based working hours – 8:30am to 15:30pm

• Experience working with children or relevant experience with additional needs
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the development of young learners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
