Location: Barnstaple, Devon and surrounding areas
Contract Type: Flexible placements (full-time and part-time available)

Teaching Personnel are looking for a caring and motivated Teaching Assistant to support primary and secondary schools in the Barnstaple Area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and eager to help students achieve their best.

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll support teachers in the classroom, work with pupils individually or in small groups, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Whether you’re an experienced TA or looking to start your career in education, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based preferred)

• A positive, patient, and proactive attitude

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• A passion for supporting students’ learning and wellbeing

• A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
