Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming and supportive schools in the Upper Swansea area. Whether you're looking for full-time consistency or part-time flexibility, we'd love to hear from you!

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

✅ Support pupils in the classroom and during learning activities
✅ Assist children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
✅ Work with pupils requiring behavioural support
✅ Build positive relationships with students and staff
✅ Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
✅ Encourage pupils to develop confidence and achieve their potential ⭐

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
