An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Autism support role to begin working within a lovely Primary School is in the WF8 area, The school are looking for a caring and passionate teaching assistant who is experienced in supporting children who have special needs to work alongside 1:1 a little boy who has who has Autism.

A successful candidate will have the right attitude alongside some experience in order to meet the demands of the role supporting the 9-year-old boy. You must be committed to building a trusting relationship with the pupil, so you can successfully encourage her to participate in learning. The school welcomes those who have experience working in SEN schools, with a pro-active and engaging personality.

The Head teacher is looking for someone who can understand the needs of the child and support their learning. This role would be starting full time from Easter 2022 and they wish to make a start on on-line interviews asap.

 Pay - up to £90 per day depending on experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
