Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full time / Permanent

A forward‑thinking and inclusive secondary school in Basingstoke is seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring Teacher of Technology to join its Design & Technology Faculty from September 2026. The Design & Technology Department

The department is well‑resourced and diverse, offering a broad curriculum across KS3 including:

  • Product Design
  • Textiles
  • Food Technology

At KS4, students can study GCSE Design & Technology, alongside Food and Textiles courses, providing a rich and practical learning experience.

The team is collaborative and experienced, working together to ensure consistently high standards and engaging lessons that develop creativity, problem‑solving and technical skills.


The Role

You will:

  • Teach Technology across KS3 and KS4
  • Deliver engaging, practical and well‑structured lessons
  • Create a stimulating learning environment that supports progress
  • Use assessment to monitor and improve student outcomes
  • Contribute to curriculum development and departmental innovation
  • Support wider school enrichment opportunities
