Location: Northamptonshire
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: MPS

About the Role

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a high-performing and forward-thinking secondary school in Northamptonshire to recruit a Teacher of STEM (Maths & Engineering) for a September 2026 start.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven teacher to join a school that places high-quality teaching and strong academic outcomes at the heart of everything it does. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons across Maths and Engineering, supporting students of all abilities to reach their full potential.

You will be expected to demonstrate excellent classroom practice, uphold high expectations, and contribute to the wider life of the school. Alongside academic achievement, the school places strong emphasis on developing students’ social, moral, and personal development, and you will play a key role in supporting this.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Maths, with an interest or experience in Engineering
  • A commitment to high standards and student achievement
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • A team player who is keen to contribute to the wider school community
