Are you an enthusiastic Science Teacher looking to inspire the next generation of biologists, chemists and physicists? We are working with a highly respected Hampshire secondary school seeking a committed and energetic Teacher of Science to join their successful department from September 2026.

About the Science Department

Science is one of the school’s standout faculties, delivering results that sit well above the national average. More than 80% of students achieve at least two standard passes in Science, with a large proportion opting for Triple Science.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic practitioner who:

  • Has strong subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry and Physics
  • Can deliver engaging lessons that promote curiosity, confidence and high achievement
  • Sets high expectations and inspires students to exceed them
  • Works well within a team and values professional collaboration
  • Ideally can teach all sciences to GCSE (though specialisms at KS4 can be accommodated)
  • Is resilient, reflective and committed to continuous improvement

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
