Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Physics Teacher looking for your next long-term opportunity? Teaching Personnel are proud to be working with a well-regarded secondary school in Portsmouth, seeking a passionate Physics specialist to join their Science Department on a permanent, full-time basis.
About the Role:
You’ll be joining a dynamic and supportive science faculty committed to inspiring curiosity and a love of learning. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging Physics lessons across KS3–KS5, supporting students of all abilities to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality Physics lessons in line with the national curriculum.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Assess, track and report on student progress effectively.
-
Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment and extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

A degree in Physics or a related subject.
-
Experience teaching Physics at KS3–KS5.
-
A passion for science education and student achievement.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
