We are seeking a well-qualified, dedicated, enthusiastic and inspiring teacher to join a very successful PE department.
Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a PE Teacher to work in a very popular Secondary school within Northamptonshire to teach Key stages 3 and 4. This is a FULL TIME and LONG TERM role to start in SEPTEMBER 2023 to start off the new academic year! The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of the UK curriculum, and will bring enthusiasm and a passion for science to help students to make excellent progress.
The role includes making a contribution to ensuring high quality teaching and learning across the department leading to good or better academic progress for students, to teach across the ability and age range and act as a form tutor and to ensure that assessment for learning is embedded in all lessons so that students understand fully what they need to do to make the best possible progress.
Qualfiifcationd needed;
- Good honours degree level in PE or a closely related subject
- Qualified teacher
- Previous 2 experience teaching PE in Secondary (Evidence of promotion of innovation in teaching and learning)
This OFSTED rated 'Good' Secondary school is a co-educational independent school for pupils aged 3 to 18 years old. The school offers a very attractive working environment based in a delightful rural parkland setting of some 26 acres, located in Northampton, NN4.
