Teacher of Art

Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Sheffield to recruit a Teacher of Art. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and passionate educator to inspire students and contribute to a thriving arts department.

The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging Art lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience desirable but not essential). You will encourage creativity, develop students’ technical skills, and foster an appreciation for visual arts in a supportive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT)

  • Have experience teaching Art at secondary level

  • Demonstrate strong classroom management skills

  • Be passionate about art education and student progress

  • Be reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to high-quality teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
