Teaching Personnel have a great opportunity to work with an Alternative provision based in Manchester. The school provide high-quality, supportive, and inspirational teaching to young people at Key Stages 3 and 4. This school are looking for an enthusiastic teacher to join their dedicated team.
Candidate Type:
The school are looking to appoint an experienced qualified teacher to join the school as it grows into three classes. The candidate will have experience of working with SEMG students and/or SEN. This teacher will teach across subjects but will have a subject specialism. We are looking for someone who is passionate about changing young
- Ability to engage learners and support their ambitions. To bring fresh ideas and creativity to the classroom and outside it.
- Passionate about making a positive impact on students’ lives.
- To hold QTS/QTLS.
- Have worked in a school environment. Particularly, experience in secondary school would be an added advantage with experience of working with SEMG students and/or SEN.
- Have an understanding of alternative provision and dealing with students with special needs.
- Aptitude for solving problems and making effective decisions.
- Professional communication with students and staff.
- Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, safeguarding, wellbeing, and British values.
- Effective time management for planning, delivery, and assessment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
