We are currently recruiting for experienced SEND Teaching Assistants and Qualified Teachers (QTS) to support a network of welcoming primary schools across Cheshire East, Cheshire West, Wirral, Greater Manchester, Halton, and Warrington.
We are looking for dedicated education professionals who are passionate about supporting pupils to achieve their full potential. Whether you are an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant or an experienced Qualified Teacher, you will play a key role in creating engaging, inclusive learning environments while working closely with school staff to meet the individual needs of pupils.
This role offers the opportunity to work across a range of schools with flexible supply and long-term placements available.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
For SEND Teaching Assistants
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND.
- Support children with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language, and learning difficulties.
- Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs.
- Encourage pupil engagement, confidence, and independence.
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals.
- Promote positive behaviour and inclusion throughout the school day.
For Qualified Teachers
- Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Create a positive and supportive classroom environment.
- Assess pupil progress and provide effective feedback.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour management.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and school leadership teams.

Experience
SEND Teaching Assistants
- Previous experience supporting pupils with SEND is essential.
- Experience working with complex needs is highly desirable.
Qualified Teachers
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- We are specifically seeking experienced teachers.
- ECT applications will not be considered.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
