Are you a strategic and values-driven SEND leader ready to shape inclusive practice across secondary or all-through provision?
We are building a SENDCO Talent Pool for exceptional professionals committed to improving outcomes for students with special educational needs and disabilities across Key Stages 3–5 (and beyond in all-through settings).
Whether you are an experienced SENDCO seeking your next challenge or an aspiring SENDCO working towards the National Award for SEND Coordination, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role

Senior Leader with responsibility for SEND
Roles will be based in secondary or all-through schools, with responsibility for leading SEND provision across complex and diverse student cohorts.
We Are Looking For Professionals Who:
-
Hold (or are working towards) the National Award for SEND Coordination
-
Have strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice, EHCP processes, and exam access arrangements
-
Demonstrate measurable impact on student outcomes at KS3, KS4 and KS5
-
Can lead and develop inclusive practice across departments
-
Build effective partnerships with families, external agencies and pastoral teams
-
Are confident working within the demands of a secondary curriculum model

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
